This painting is part of my I am who I am series.

I painted three different women from varying cultures, posing with a specific stance in mind, and nude to display their vulnerability. I want to convey that every woman is beautiful in their own way; regardless of the color of their skin, size, and shape. The rough texture of their skin represents the battles they have faced and the progress they are making to better themselves. 

I find that self-work is important for personal growth, love, clarity, confidence, understanding, and compassion for oneself and for those around you.
